ADIDAS F50 ADIZERO MESSI "BLAUGRANA"

MESSI HANDED SIGNATURE F50 ADIZERO DESIGN TO BE WORN IN THE CHAMPIONS LEAGUE.

Just a month following the release of the adidas f50 adizero Messi “Neon Orange”, the three stripes recognise their star player again by adding another signature design to Messi’s growing collection; the f50 adizero Messi “Blaugrana”. The unique boots fuse together the two iconic colours of Messi’s boy-hood club with additional touches of “Neon Orange” and “Earth Green”. The boots will be worn by the Argentine in Barcelona’s upcoming Champions League group games while the “Neon Orange” f50 will be worn exclusively in La Liga.

The four-way colour split is something new from adidas (and something some of you might recommend they don't try again) while the all-over print across the upper is carried over from Messi’s previous signature boot. The print is made up of words most associated with Messi including, “Velocidad” (speed), “Balon d’Or” and more obviously, “Messi”. The insole also carries the motto “Más que un Botín” (more than a boot), in recognition of FC Barcelona’s famous club motto, “Més que un club”, while Messi’s signature logo is found on the heel.

New Messi Adidas F50 Adizero Champions League Boot Edition - Adidas today releases the Blaugrana Adidas F50 Adizero Lionel Messi 2014-2015 Football Boot, to be worn in all UEFA Champions League matches until the end of 2014.



While Adidas also launched a special gold Lionel Messi 14-15 Soccer Cleat in early August 2014 for La Liga matches, the new Lionel Messi Blaugrana Football Boot combines the colors of his club Barcelona with gold and earth green.

Designed for speed, the upper of the new Lionel Messi 2014-15 Champions League Boot features a unique all-over print and combines the colors red, blue, dark green and gold to create an exclusive design for Lionel Messi, inspired by his club FC Barcelona.

The new Adidas F50 Adizero Messi 2014-2015 Boot features a Hybridtouch synthetic upper for softness, light weight and performance, which is similar as kangaroo leather. Not only the design of the Signature Adidas F50 Adizero Messi Boot is unique, it also comes without the Speedfoil material on the heel as Messi prefers leather boots.



Lionel Messi will wear this alternative colorway in UEFA Champions League matches, while he will still wear the gold F50 Adizero Messi Boot in La Liga matches.

  

To allow a prefect ball control in all-weather conditions, the new Adidas F50 Adizero Lionel Messi Boot features a Dribbletex raised 3d grip on the fore foot area.

  

On the inner sole of the Messi 2014 Boot is the lettering "más que un botín" (More than a boot), inspired by the famous FC Barcelona motto "Més que un club".



Adidas combines the colorful boot with white logos and a white outsole, which features a Speedtraxion high-speed stud alignment for maximum acceleration and quick turns.

The new Leo Messi 2014-2015 Blaugrana Champions League Football Boot will be available from Monday.
